Bathroom Talk

Lilly Miller
Tuesday, March 29th, 2011

Everyone loves a good coincidence. Maybe your day isn’t going too hot, but then you realize that the dining hall has curly fries. And to think, you almost went to Grab-N-Go. Lucky you.

Then there are the times that have the potential to be great coincidences, but you thought too much and it is now merely a could-have-been.

I was walking through the library on my way to the music school, and I said to myself, “Hey, Self, I should stop and use the bathroom here, since I don’t know the music school well and I have to go.”

Great idea, right?

Then I walked into the music-school building, and what am I reminded of? The absolutely most amazingly beautiful bathroom known to mankind. I want to have my birthday party in a place like this, it’s that great.

Not only is there a huge mirror on not one but two walls, but also there are countless stalls, none of which are clogged. Ever.

Despite having just used the bathroom, I took a trip in and blew my nose, just to experience it.

I’m not kidding. If you are ever on Ithaca College campus in the music school, ask anyone to point you in the direction of the Good Bathroom. They’ll know which one I’m talking about.
