SUMMARY: Caller reported an intoxicated person vomiting. Person transported to CMC by ambulance and judicially referred for irresponsible use of alcohol Sergeant Terry O’Pray.

 

 

V&T Violation                                   

LOCATION: Grant Egbert Blvd

SUMMARY: During a vehicle stop, a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Officer issued uniform traffic tickets for Ithaca Town Court for driving while intoxicated, failure to submit to a field screening device, and an expired inspection. A campus summons was issued for speed in zone and a warning was given for improper use of a turn signal. This person was also referred judicially.  Patrol Officer Dan Austic.

SUMMARY: Caller reported an intoxicated person passed out in a vehicle. Person declined medical assistance with ambulance staff and was judicially referred for irresponsible use of alcohol. Sergeant Terry O’Pray.
