SUMMARY: Caller reported a person out of control and threatening another person. One person judicially referred for harassment.  Master Patrol Officer Bruce Holmstock.

SUMMARY: “Caller reported semiconscious person took prescription medication and alcohol. Officer determined person was not intentionally trying to harm them self, declined medical assistance with ambulance staff and was judicially referred for irresponsible use of alcohol.  Sergeant Ron Hart.”

Unlawful Possession Marijuana

LOCATION: Circle Apartments

SUMMARY: Caller reported an intoxicated person locked in a bathroom. Forced entry was made into the bathroom by IFD. person declined medical assistance with ambulance staff and was judicially referred for irresponsible use of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana.  Sergeant Ron Hart.
