SUMMARY: During a traffic stop, officer reported the vehicle was unable to maintain a lane and drove up on the curb. Driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Officer issued uniform traffic tickets for Ithaca Town Court for driving while intoxicated, driving with BAC above .08 percent, failure to maintain lane and having an open container of alcohol inside the vehicle.
