    Conduct Code Viol. SCC Irresponsible Use of Alcohol

    Summary: Officer reported finding two people intoxicated. Both were transported to CMC by ambulance and judicially referred for irresponsible use of alcohol. Patrol Officer Robert Jones.Rape

    Summary: Person reported having sexual intercourse with a known person without her consent. Complainant also reported another time this had occurred with a different known person. Person was transported to CMC by ambulance.  Investigation pending. Master Patrol Officer Brad Bates.
