Men's crew competes in 9-team regatta

The men’s crew had a strong showing at a nine-crew regatta Saturday in Worcester, Mass., with strong finishes over Worchester Polytechnic Institute, Bates College and Vassar College.
The varsity 8 placed third after Trinity College and Bates, defeating WPI and Vassar. The second varsity 8 also placed third, after Trinity and WPI, but defeated Bates and Colby College by a large margin.
The men’s third varsity 8 placed second over WPI but fell to Trinity.
The Bombers will take on Williams College, Bates College, the Coast Guard Academy, and Marist College at 8 a.m. Saturday in Williamstown, Mass.
