Bombers edge Golden Flyers

The No. 4 men’s lacrosse team traveled defeated No. 23 Stevens Institute of Technology 11–10 Friday in Hoboken, N.J., in the last game of the regular season.
Senior midfielder Kevin Bush led the way for the Blue and Gold with four goals. He scored in the fourth quarter to put the South Hill squad up 11–9.
Senior attackman and tri-captain Matt Cutter scored two goals for the Bombers and sophomore attackman/midfielder Jay Lucas, senior midfielder Mike Giunta, senior attackman Alec Sefiert and sophomore midfielder Mike Silipo also tallied one in the back of the net for Ithaca.
Sophomore goalie Dave Gal made 15 saves to bring his record to 13–1 on the year.
Ithaca finished the regular season at 14–1 overall and 7–1 in the conference.
