The Ithaca College Board of Trustees announced Tuesday its new student and alumni trustees and several faculty promotions, all of which were decided at the board’s May 17th meeting.  

The board selected junior Chris Lee, a Sport Management major, to serve as the student trustee for a two-year term, and Ed Rivera ’88 to serve as the alumni trustee for a three-year term.  

The board also awarded promotions to seven faculty members, including Mary Pitti, who was promoted from instructor to assistant professor; Barbara Adams and Kathleen Buccieri, who were promoted from assistant professors to associate professors; and Joanne Burress, Claire Gleitman, Jeff Ives and Zenon Wasyliw, who were promoted from associate professors to professors.
