The Office of Public Safety is currently investigating a report of forcible touching that occurred at 10 p.m. Sept. 14 outside Lyon Hall. Public Safety is also investigating another incident of forcible touching and stalking that occurred around 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the women’s first floor restroom in Lyon Hall.

The female complainant said it was the same unknown male in both cases and reported the incidents to Public Safety today.

According to Public Safety, the suspect is a white male.
