SUMMARY: Officers received a report from a caller concerning an intoxicated person attempting to drive away. The car was stopped, and the operator was arrested for DWI. Officer issued uniform traffic tickets for Town of Ithaca Court for DWI greater than 0.08 percent BAC and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
