SUMMARY: Caller reported a possibly intoxicated person attempting to drive a vehicle. Vehicle stopped and the operator was arrested for DWI. Operator was issued uniform traffic tickets for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test and was arraigned in the Town of Ithaca court.
