V&T VIOLATION/DWI

SUMMARY: During a traffic stop, the operator was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Uniform traffic tickets were issued for the Town of Ithaca court for DWI and BAC greater than .08 percent. Person is scheduled to appear in Town of Ithaca court on Feb. 25. Person also judicially referred for criminal conduct. Patrol Officer Mark Denicola.
