Bigger pig, cooler nickname

I’ve been searching the Internet for days, looking for something worthy of being featured in my ONE HUNDREDTH POST. An “American Idol” finale round-up, perhaps? (No, I’ll save that one for tomorrow). That’s when I stumbled upon Monster Pig. An 11-year-old boy shot and killed a pig on May 3 in Alabama that supposedly weighs 1,051 pounds and measures in at nine feet, four inches.

Holy crap! That’s bigger than Hogzilla. I didn’t even believe the story myself until I saw a picture of it. And, like Boing Boing pointed out, it’s attached to an AP story. So I believe it.

So “happy 100th post, Big Spoon!” And may God have mercy on our souls when the giant hogs band together to get their revenge.
