Nikki Blonsky is so typecast
I’m not going to lie, Nikki Blonsky was great in “Hairspray.” She played a big girl who wasn’t afraid to step it up and prove herself to the world. Yeah, she’s got that character mastered pretty well — so well, in fact, that she’s (more or less) playing it again. I saw a commercial for her new Lifetime movie “Queen Sized” in which she *surprise* plays a big girl who isn’t afraid to step it up and prove herself to the world.
“Queen Sized” is about a fat girl (Blonsky) who gets voted Homecoming Queen by the ‘mean girls’ in her school. I guess if you find your niche, you should milk it for all it’s worth — and this cow’s got plenty of milk left.
“Queen Sized” premieres at 8 p.m. January 12th on Lifetime.

A Lifetime move, eh? Does she get beaten by her husband and learn from the experience?
Sounds like a rehash of the TV movie Marisa Jaret Winokur (Broadway’s original Tracey Turnblad) did as a big girl entering a beauty pageant. Are former Tracey’s good for nothing else?
ok thats cool but I want to know one question what bellongs? It works for a wil but gets out of style so you know what I mean. girls get typical with life and Im glade shes not afraid to step into the world. Some girls get way to serious but dont want to tell. Thay would rather pay attention to thair life than others. It feels so weird but its true I have these problems to but take my advice and go for your dream like her
