The Big Spoon @ The SAG Awards
Today’s 14th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards was technically the first (and possibly only) major red carpet awards show of the season. (Thanks, writers’ strike). All the entertainment media giants were on-hand to cover the red carpet action: E!, People.com, TV Guide and, of course, The Big Spoon. Now I may not have had the same sweet set-up as the others, but I still got to play paparrazzi for the day. I’ve uploaded 18 pics — their quality ranges from good to decent to pretty freakin’ terrible — but hopefully I’ve added enough snark to keep you entertained. So click below to check out the photos!
Amanda Bynes was asked how she’s managed to grow up in the industry without becoming a complete train wreck. Her answer (should have been): “The key is acting on TV shows you know no one will ever watch.”
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt literally walked in, skipped right past the reporters and headed straight for the fans.

I had a clear shot at Burt Reynolds‘ legendary ’stache, but then this blonde chick jumped in front of me.
Eva Longoria Parker is even smaller in person. Seriously I couldn’t believe it — she came up to my knee!
No front-shot here, but to quote one of my favorite episodes of “30 Rock”: Glenn Close must work out. Her back is “a barrel of snakes.”

Yes, even in person you can tell Zac Efron wears more make-up than most women. (I also like the brain-dead camera man in this shot).
Seriously, Zac Efron will be the next Cover Girl. I’m calling it, people!
