Here she comes to save the day!
She can dance. She can sing. But can she save a floundering series from certain doom? Of course she can — she’s Christine Baranski!
According to EW, my beloved CB is joining the cast of Ugly Betty for at least three episodes. She’ll play the mother of Matt, Betty’s latest love interest. (A clever EW commenter points out: “Another love interest? … For someone who is supposedly “ugly”, Betty is quite the office mattress!”) Her episodes begin next month.
And as if that weren’t enough, CB will also be making a guest appearance on The Big Bang Theory – one of the few quality sitcoms left on TV — as the mother of head-nerd Leonard (Johnny Galecki) on the show’s Feb. 9 episode.
The thought of CB beaming into my house for free gets me excited beyond comprehension. I’m getting tired of stalking her myself.
