So this is the beer tower and apparently it’s $45. Talk about a rip off? We unfortunately ordered this tower of goodness at Saddle Ranch last night because it seemed like the trendy thing to do. You know, like, people would look at us with our cool LA drink.

 

After a $100 bar tab, it wasn’t so cool. I’m staying in tonight.

What’s going on, guys? My name is Hannah and for the next few months I’m going to attempt to give you the same wit and intelligence that Taddonio and Schneider gave you for the last two years.

Let’s see…right now you’re all probably enjoying the nice weather, spending your life savings on books, and raging with your friends.

Well, I’m also doing those things but with West Coast style. So far I’ve enjoyed the weather in Malibu, spent $42 on one book for the semester, and partied on Sunset.

So you see, it’s not so different from Ithaca. While I do miss the occasional trip to Moonies (although I hear it’s under new management) and the weird smell in the Campus Center parking lot at lunchtime, I’m going to bring you trends in art, technology, fashion and design from Los Angeles for the semester.
