About College Ave.

College Ave. is an aggregator of anything related to campus life, wherever that campus may be. Nothing is off-limits. Except sex, Michael says no sex on the blogs. No issue too huge or trivial in the life of higher ed. This blog will focus on trends and problems facing students, administrators, faculty and the other powers that be in the world of academia. Opinion comes free ? and that goes double for you, the faithful reader kid who randomly found our blog and will never ever return. Every issue is an opportunity for discussion, whether or not it is specific to Ithaca College. Just like a classroom, all fair arguments are entertained, but if it veers off-course, we’ll roll with it, too. Expect things to get heated. Like, hotter than a hot flash, or hotter than the boiling mozzarella cheese on a slice of late night pizza that sears the roof of your mouth. That hot. It’s the best way to learn. On fire, that is.

About the Author

In her fourth year at The Ithacan, Hendry is the Special Projects manager and Editor of Year in Review. She also reports for The Ithaca Journal. Whenever she graduates, she wants to save the world. Or … just travel the world and write about it.
