Boycott Adidas. No, this isn’t a fake.

But time remains to seen if it’s a joke.

Adidas sells the “Marx A Flex Russia” hat like this:

Show your love for the former USSR during training time in this adidas Marx A-Flex Russia cap, featuring a six-panel low-crown fit, deep pre-curved brim, an Always Cool™ sweatband to wick away the moisture, and a hammer-and-sickle graphic.

Maybe it’s a pull to rile conservatives. I hope so. I hope they’re not actually promoting this murderous, Stalinist garbage.

You know what? I’ve decided that I don’t care what it is. Boycott Adidas. This is not a drill.

Oh, and another thing. Oh, the irony in a large multinational corporation selling the hammer and sickle.

One more: Adidas = fail.

i’m not sure if that’s something to be boycotted. i mean it doesn’t read ‘buy this hate and support stalin.’ and it actually looks pretty cool

You should protest all adidas product. They sponsor Russia, Cuba, China, North Korea, and Iraq. Call them the axis of evil brand! Of course, most everything you own is made in China, so maybe you should look at yourself before throwing stones…

They might as well put a swastika with an SS skull on the front and try to sell that.

A hat that promotes communism is one thing. A hat that shows support for a murderous faux-communist regime is another. What is there to love about Stalin?

Any company that will sell this garbage is not a company I will support with my consumer dollars.

Those that think it is “cool” need to pull their head out of the orfice it is residing in and read a little history. The communist government in the former Soviet Union murdered countless innocent civilians.

It is not cool to support murder.

This is no grounds for boycott. its merchandise that someone will buy and enjoy. If you want someone to boycott look at more pertinent issues like one of our on campus food providers. Sodexho Marriott is a company providing our fabulous dining food, they also provide food for certain prisons. Coincidence…i think not, thats also why the directly financially fund for-profit incarceration. this industry costs taxpayers thousands a year to keep people in jails owned by private corporations who turn a profit from this.

Dont boycott adidas for this reason, i have others too numerous and expansive to be in a comment, but boycott Sodexho who make money off our tax dollars by putting your neighbors and friends in jail. And look at the statistics…its mainly nonviolent crimes these people are being convicted of.
