Distance runners battle with three-season strain

Unlike most athletes, long-distance runners often participate in three separate competition seasons throughout the academic year: cross country in the fall, indoor track in the winter and outdoor track in the spring. This rigorous schedule — usually with no more than a week off between racing periods — comes with a great responsibility to manage not only time and academics, but also stress and injury prevention.

Wrestling welcomes fans back with strong Ithaca Invitational showing

A raucous crowd gathered in the Glazer Arena on Nov. 4 and 5 to watch the first wrestling event hosted on campus that has allowed spectators since the 2019–20 season.
Ithaca College commencement for the undergraduate Class of 2023 and a graduate hooding and commencement ceremony for the graduate Class of 2023 will take place during the weekend of May 20–21, 2023.

College announces commencement plans for Class of 2023

Ithaca College President La Jerne Cornish took office in March 2022 after serving as interim president since August 2021. Prior to becoming president, she served as the provost and executive vice president of academic affairs.

Club sports have concerns over reduction in resources

Spectators prohibited at upcoming wrestling tournament

Prior to the Ithaca Invitational on Nov. 5 and 6, Ithaca College Athletics announced Oct. 27 there will be no spectators permitted for the event held at the A&E Center.
Ithaca College will hold two in-person commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2022 on May 22, 2022. Commencement for the Class of 2021 was held in person in the A&E Center on May 23. Students were allowed to walk across the stage to receive their diplomas, however, guests were not permitted.
