Runners represent Ithaca College at cross-country Nationals

Although neither program qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championship as a team, the Ithaca College men’s and women’s cross-country teams both had representation in Lansing, Michigan.

Women’s track and field dominates in national rankings

The Ithaca College outing club attended a kayaking event on Oct. 6. The kayaking was free in exchange for closing a local rental shop for the season.
Freshman Meghan Matheny began working with pole vault assistant coach Matt Scheffler in eighth grade and continued to train with him through high school. She decided to attend Ithaca College largely so that Scheffler would remain her coach.

Ithaca College announces conservation efforts amid drought

And according to the U.S. Drought Monitor, Tompkins County is experiencing “severe drought” conditions. While the college is not affected as heavily by the drought other places in the community, it released an announcement addressing campus conservation efforts.
