
Yesterday morning I went to the gym at the prime hour of 9am: The time when barely anyone is there, so you can mess around and try new things. Before break I started boxing (with the one of two pairs the gym has) with the bag on the basketball court for an ab and arm workout that I can currently feel the soreness from. With that as my warm up, I climbed the stair master for about 25 minutes, with the achieved goal of losing 250 calories. Great way to start the week!
