Peanut-Buttering-Up Your Breakfast: Kick Starter Toast

I always try to have a breakfast that doesn’t make me stuffed, but doesn’t leave me wanting more.  The perfect approach for me has been peanut butter and banana on toast, and the dining halls have made it easy for me to do that.  Peanut Butter is packed with nutrients, healthy fat and is energy boosting.  Pair that with a whole wheat bread and potassium in bananas, and you’ve got yourself a wonderful start to your day.

Here’s how I go about it!

 Ingredients:

– Whole Wheat Bread

– Peanut Butter packets

-Whole banana

Cut up the whole banana into thin slices. If the pieces are too big it’ll be harder to eat.

Spread the peanut butter on the bread and place the banana slices on top.

Voila! Peanut butter and banana cover whole wheat bread.
