Speakers share views on Israeli-Palestinian conflict

Experts on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict came to Ithaca College Sept. 17 to discuss perspectives on the conflict and the need for a resolution. 
The Student Alliance for Israel (SAFI) club and Hillel will host the first “IC Loves Israel Day” on  April 28 to celebrate Israeli culture. Some students were concerned about the title of the event.

Hillel to submit proposal to prevent events to be on Jewish holidays

Hillel at Ithaca College is submitting a request to the Student Governance Council on Nov. 12 in an effort to prevent the college from scheduling college-related events on Jewish holidays.
Members of the Ithaca College and local community attended a vigil in Muller Chapel Oct. 28 held to honor the victims and survivors of the shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh Oct. 27. Eleven members of the Jewish community were murdered at the scene.
