As the Ithaca College football team continues its NCAA tournament run, Ithaca College announced it has received a donation to upgrade the home playing field for the Bombers.
The Ithaca College football team defeated the Springfield College Pride 31–20 in the second round of the NCAA Championship on Nov. 26 at Butterfield Stadium.
The No. 9/10 Ithaca College football team defeated the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth 63–20 in the first round of the NCAA Championship Nov. 19 at Butterfield Stadium.
When the clock hit zero at the end of the fourth quarter, the Bombers had come out on top for the 38th time in the rivalry’s history with a 34–17 win at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.
The Ithaca College and SUNY Cortland football teams held a joint press conference at noon Nov. 9 in the Emerson Suites to celebrate the quickly approaching Cortaca Jug game.
Ithaca College and the YES Network announced Nov. 8 that Bruce Beck ’78 will be the play-by-play announcer for the coverage of the Cortaca Jug game Nov. 12.
