Members of the Ithaca Police Department responded to a report of shots fired around 7:04 p.m. in the area of the 400 block of West Green Street and located a 21-year-old male on South Plain Street who sustained a gunshot wound.

Owners of the Bluestone Grill and Mercado Bar and Kitchen are hoping to get a fresh start after their restaurants were burned down.
A fire truck and other emergency vehicles responded to a situation Monday afternoon at Hilliard Hall. As a part of the proposed 2013 city budget, the department will face reductions.
