Eleanor Henderson said the writing department looks for acclaimed authors who will challenge new writers and help them with their own projects.
The theme of the readings Jan. 15 was democracy and what upholds and challenges it, discussed through the works of famous activists, poets and writers.
“Epic Yarns” features illustrations of original needle-felt versions of iconic characters including Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader and Chewbacca.
