IC students have concerns about timeliness of mail-in ballots

Some students at Ithaca College are concerned about using the college’s mail services to receive and send their mail-in ballots for the Nov. 8 midterm election.
The college sent out an alert Feb. 2, notifying the campus community of the changes. The college said they will continue to review the weather forecast and ongoing conditions.

In one day, Aug. 29, the Ithaca College mail center received 2,050 packages. Peter Schlough, manager of Mail Services, said this broke the previous record by more than 200 packages.
