Ithaca College holds second monthlong Women Leaders Series

Ithaca College is holding its second Women Leaders Series from Feb. 21 to March 21, a month of workshops and discussions designed to provide learning opportunities for women who are in or want to be in positions of power.
Unknown perpetrators stole letters off the welcome monument at the college’s back entrance in incidents reported Sept. 13 and April 3.

Entrance sign falls victim to vandalism amid student visits

OSEMA holds first Women Leader Series

To kick off National Women’s History Month, Ithaca College will host the first-ever Women Leader Series, which includes professional development programs for enhancing the college’s female student leadership.
Senior Courtney Brown brought the Elect Her workshop to Ithaca College for the first time last year. Applications for students interested in this years program will be available later this month.

Elect Her campaign works to increase female leadership involvement

To encourage young women to run for government positions and create an opportunity to make the Student Government Association more reflective of Ithaca College’s student body, the college will host its second annual “Elect Her: Campus Women Win” workshop.
Freshman Marcell Fischler, a student from Austria, was elected international student senator of the Student Government Association on Oct. 28. The position was empty before Marcell’s election.

SGA holds campus elections debate
