In the latest of a series of creative director shuffles, Moschino has just named Jeremy Scott creative director of the colorful and cheeky Italian house. Scott is an LA designer whose work has been responsible for spearheading Rihanna’s latest “ghetto goth” style incarnation; he’s also known for his uber cool kicks for Adidas, including winged sneakers as a part of a collaboration with A$AP Rocky and the notorious shackle sneakers. Scott is known for his fearless, loud and insouciant designs with a touch of irreverent humor – it’ll be interesting to see where this young West Coaster takes the Italian design house.
