The Office of Multicultural Affairs guest speaker Robert Westley, professor of law at Tulane University Law School and author of “Many Billions Gone: Is It Time to Reconsider the Case for Black Reparations?,” will speak about the relationship between reparations, Hurricane Katrina and the Critical Race Theory.
