Three nonstudents were issued appearance tickets for Ithaca Town Court and restricted from campus following a noise complaint on the seventh floor of West Tower early Monday morning, according to the Office of Public Safety.
Investigator Tom Dunn said two people were cited for underage possession of alcohol.
A third person, Aliya Feuer-Whittlesly, was arrested for possession of stolen property. Dunn said she had possession of someone else’s Cornell student ID card.
Dunn said a student was judicially referred for responsibility of a guest.
