The Office of Public Safety identified four people in connection with the bottle bomb incident last week, according to Laura Durling, assistant director for administrative services for Public Safety.
Durling said the four people had different stages of involvement so they do not each necessarily hold equal responsibility. She said judicial and criminal charges are pending.
