The Ithacan depends on the quality of its staff to produce print content every Thursday and online content daily. We welcome new students and returning ones to join Ithaca College’s award-winning student newspaper.
The Ithacan provides students with the opportunity to use the tools they learn in classrooms. From writing stories, taking photographs and designing pages to working online and selling advertisements, any student interested in media can find a spot at The Ithacan. Working for The Ithacan gives students the skills to work in the ever-changing field of journalism, with an emphasis on learning multimedia and writing for the web. But regardless of journalism experience or major, any student can find a niche at The Ithacan.
The Ithacan’s recruitment night will be held at 8 p.m. today in the Park School auditorium. Students from across the college are urged to come be part of it all.
