SUMMARY:  Officer reported an unknown person damaged a bulletin board. Investigation pending. Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

SUMMARY:  Caller reported that a sexual assault had occurred by a known person on 09/04/11.  Report taken by Assistant Director Laura Durling.

 

 

Criminal Possesion of Drugs  

LOCATION:  West Tower

SUMMARY:  One person arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Ithaca Town Court for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree. This person was also judicially referred for unlawful possession of marijuana. Master Patrol Officer Robert Hightchew.

SUMMARY:  One person transported to CMC by ambulance and was judicially referred for irresponsible use of alcohol. Sergeant Terry O’Pray.

SUMMARY:  Officer reported two people pushing each other.  Two people referred for disorderly conduct and irresponsible use of alcohol. Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

SUMMARY:  The Ithaca police department reported 42 persons were arrested off campus for various violations between the dates of 08/20/11 and 09/11/11.  Investigator Tom Dunn.

SUMMARY:  During health and safety inspections, caller reported finding marijuana paraphernalia and prescription pills. Investigation pending. Patrol Officer Dan Austic.

 

 

Criminal Possesion of Stolen Property     

LOCATION:  Terraces

SUMMARY:  During a health and safety inspection, caller reported a person possibly in possession of stolen signs.  Investigation pending. Patrol Officer Jay VanVolkinburg.

SUMMARY:  During a vehicle stop, officer reported a person in possession of an alcoholic beverage. Two persons were judicially referred for having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and one person was referred for underage possession of alcohol.
