The women’s cross-country team was victorious at the Hamilton Invitational, finishing first overall by placing five runners in the top 10.
Senior Heidi Baumbach picked up another meet victory with a time of 18:41. She finished a commanding seven seconds before the rest of the field.
In only her second race of the season, graduate student Alissa Kersey placed forth overall, finishing in a time of 19:04.
Freshman Alexa Rick continued her success, as she was the third Bomber to cross the line, placing sixth overall with a time of 19:17.
Junior Carly Graham and senior Molly Quinn rounded out the top five Bombers, placing eight and 10th overall respectively. Graham finished in a time of 19:33, and Quinn finished eight seconds behind her.
The Blue and Gold will travel to Oberlin, Ohio on Saturday to compete in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble.
