MVA

LOCATION: S-lot

SUMMARY: Complainant reported a two car MVA. Report taken. Patrol Officer Daniel Austic.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

LOCATION: Terrace Dining Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person damaged a window. Investigation pending. Master Patrol Officer Bruce Holmstock.

 

LARCENY

LOCATION: Campus Center

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person attempted to steal a notebook. One person judicially referred for attempted larceny. Patrol Officer Jeremiah McMurray.

 

CASE STATUS CHANGE

LOCATION: Clarke Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported the clothing originally reported stolen on Oct. 10 from Clarke Hall was returned to owner, not stolen. Larceny unfounded. Master Patrol Officer Donald Lyke.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE

LOCATION: Lower Campus

SUMMARY: Caller reported being assaulted. The reported area was checked, but officer was unable to locate the caller. Investigation pending. Sergeant Dirk Hightchew.

 

DRUG POSSESSION

LOCATION: Z-lot

SUMMARY: Officer reported the odor of marijuana coming from an illegally parked vehicle. Two people were arrested and issued appearance tickets for the Ithaca Town Court for unlawful possession of marijuana. One of the two was also arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance and issued appearance ticket for Ithaca Town Court. Both were restricted from campus. Master Patrol Officer Christopher Teribury.

SELF ENDANGERMENT

LOCATION: Landon Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported taking an excessive amount of medication to harm self. Person was taken into custody under the mental hygiene law and transported to CMC by ambulance. One person judicially referred for danger to self. Patrol Officer Daniel Austic.

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person was taken into custody under the mental hygiene law and was transported to CMC by ambulance. Patrol Officer Daniel Austic.

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. Activation caused by an unknown person maliciously activating a pull station. System reset. Patrol Officer Jeremiah McMurray.

SUMMARY: Officer reported an occupied vehicle with the odor of marijuana. One person judicially referred for unlawful possession of marijuana. Patrol Officer Matthew O’Loughlin.

SUMMARY: Caller reported three intoxicated and vomiting people. Three people declined medical assistance and were judicially referred for irresponsible use of alcohol. One person judicially referred for supplying alcohol to minors. Patrol Officer Patrick Johnson.

SUMMARY: Officer reported three people in the lounge. One person judicially referred for responsibility of guest. Patrol Officer Patrick Johnson.

 

FIRE ALARM ACCIDENTAL

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm activation caused by electrical problem. System reset. Fire Protection Specialist Mark Swanhart.

SUMMARY: Caller reported person took an unknown substance and is now uncontrollable and throwing things around an apartment. Officer reported the person was taken into custody under mental hygiene law and was transported to CMC by ambulance. One person judicially referred for self endangerment.
