V&T REGISTRATION SUSPENSION

SUMMARY: During a traffic stop, officer found the driver to be unlicensed and the vehicle had a suspended registration for insurance lapse. Officer issued the driver uniform traffic tickets for Ithaca Town Court for an unregistered vehicle, no insurance, unlicensed operation and an inadequate stop lamp.
