Senior business administration major Via Carpenter owns and operates Via’s Cookies. She’s been baking cookies since high school and now sells them around Ithaca. She donates 5%of her proceeds to struggling minority students in the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities because she believes education is important in beating oppression.
