SUMMARY: Officer reported one person arrested for assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree for offenses committed Dec. 15, 2024 in the lower quads. The person was arraigned in the Tompkins County Court and they were then released on their own recognizance. Patrol Officer Thaddeus May responded. The person responsible was immediately arraigned in the Town of Ithaca Court.
