I always try to have a breakfast that doesn’t make me stuffed, but doesn’t leave me wanting more.  The perfect approach for me has been peanut butter and banana on toast, and the dining halls have made it easy for me to do that.  Peanut Butter is packed with nutrients, healthy fat and is energy boosting.  Pair that with a whole wheat bread and potassium in bananas, and you’ve got yourself a wonderful start to your day.
