Sean Pickard was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday when a caller reported he was in Terrace 12 to the Office of Public Safety, according to Investigator Tom Dunn.
Dunn said Pickard is restricted from the Ithaca College campus and had been reported to be in Terrace 12 Feb. 28, but Public Safety could not find him. He was also carrying marijuana and was immediately arraigned Wednesday on two counts of criminal trespass.
Dunn said the judge released Pickard on his own recognizance and has not been convicted yet.
