Broadway Buzz recently posted a photo gallery of NYC auditions for the ballet girls in “Billy Elliot: The Musical.” Looking through the little Broadway divas reminds me of some strange hybrid of “Toddlers and Tiaras” and “A Chorus Line.” That’d totally make a great documentary. Young people auditioning for Broadway shows from as young as…5 years old. Or maybe pageant moms v. stage moms — who is more overbearing? TLC better sign me on real quick, these ideas are comin’ like wildfire.
