SUMMARY: Caller reported a purse was stolen by an unknown person on March 20. Investigation pending. Master Patrol Officer Donald Lyke.

SUMMARY: Caller reported a vehicle with a fraudulent permit parked illegally. The vehicle was towed. One person judicially referred for altering a permit. Sergeant James Landon.
