The wrestling team won all four of its bouts at the Wrestle for the Cure Invitational on Saturday in Harrisburg, Pa. Their wins came against Division II Shippensburg University and American International College, Elizabethtown College, and Johns Hopkins University.
Senior Seth Ecker, junior Jules Doliscar, and sophomore Shane Bartum all went undefeated on the day with four wins.
Ecker started his day with a pinning of Shippensburg Simon Rice before recording a 6-1 major decision against Collin Sheridan of Elizabethtown. Ecker would easily win his last two matches by major decisions.
Doliscar continued his perfect start to his Bomber career by recording pins in three of his four matches. He is now ranked tenth overall in the 174-pound weight class.
Bartum nearly lost his third match to American International Ilie Cojocaru, as he recorded a narrow 3-2 decision. He cruised through his other two matches with one pin and two major decisions.
The South Hill squad will compete at the Body Bar Invitational on Saturday at Cornell University.
