The men’s tennis team (6—8 overall, 5—2 Empire 8) ended its regular season with a 9-0 win against Utica College (0—8, overall, 0—7 Empire 8) yesterday in Utica, N.Y. The Bombers won all six singles matches in straight sets and dropped only seven total games in their three doubles victories.
Six players in the Blue and Gold lineup won in both singles and doubles. The South Hill squad will host the 2012 Empire 8 Conference Men’s Tennis Championships next weekend at the Wheeler Tennis Courts.
