The hottest colors of the season reflect the backlash of the neon brights of last season. Sayonara to fluorescent coral and highlighter yellow – the colors for this fall are black and white, with dashes of rich red tones. The black and white are a classic recovery from the brights that we experienced all last year, and of course present the perfect palette for the reinterpreted minimalist chic of this season. However, it stays grounded and away from possible Cruella or mod territory with the accent of red shades – think burgundy, berry, wine and oxblood. See below for inspiration:
