SUMMARY: Caller reported unknown person stole clothing from a washing machine. Patrol Officer Chaz Andrews responded. This is a pending investigation.

LOCATION: Tower Concourse / 147 Tower Skyline Drive

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person stole a fire extinguisher. Ithaca Police Officer Jack Nelson responded. This is a pending investigation.

LOCATION: A-Lot / E Of 284 Lyceum Drive

SUMMARY: Officer reported an unknown person damaged a sign. Security Officer Christopher Gallagher responded. This is a pending investigation.

FIRE ALARM ACCIDENTAL

LOCATION: Circle Apartments Building 151 / 151 College Circle

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by burnt food. Fire Protection Specialist Enoch Perkins responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported unknown person damaged window screen. Patrol Officer Jordan Bartolis. This is a pending investigation.

LOCATION: Terrace 6 / 104 Flora Brown Drive

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by a burnt paper towel. Patrol Officer Jordan Bartolis investigated and completed a report.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/ PSYCHOLOGICAL

LOCATION: Garden Apartment 27 / 134 Grant Egbert Boulevard East

SUMMARY: Caller reported person intentionally attempted to self-harm. The person was taken into custody under the mental hygiene law and transported to the hospital by ambulance. Patrol Officer Dana Malcolm responded. The person was provided assistance.

SUMMARY: Caller reported person sent concerning text message about self-harm. The officer determined that the person was not in imminent danger to themselves. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded and completed a report.

SUMMARY: Corporal Kevin McClain reported an unknown person damaged paper towel and toilet paper dispensers and threw them off the balcony. This is a pending investigation.

LOCATION: Academic Quad / 100-300 Block Textor Circle

SUMMARY: Sergeant Bryan Verzosa reported a person standing in a flower bed cutting flowers and issued the person a warning. The person responsible was warned for violation of the law or the student conduct code.

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by burnt food. Patrol Officer Connor McCoy responded. The alarm activation was determined to be accidental.
