Rubber Ducky You’re The One…

So, I don’t know about anyone else, but this semester seems overwhelmingly more busy and hectic than last semester. A 25th hour in the day is necessary. This green tip is helpful because it gives you a little more time to be productive that I bet you didn’t even know you had.

Green Tip #3:

Instead of the 15 to 20 minute scorching showers, try 5 minutes or less.

Especially with the cold, I thought this would be exceptionally difficult for me. However, I found it to be one of the easiest and best green tips I’ve done so far. The process of getting ready usually takes me a good hour. However, this week I’ve been out the door in 40 minutes or less, which includes me drying my hair. What makes taking these fast showers even more doable are the new “shower coach” timers in all the showers. The timer shows you when five minutes is up with the super technological “hour glass” sand turner. If you are competitive like me, you’ll probably try to beat the timer, making your shower even faster. You wouldn’t think the extra few minutes would add up to much, but I have found I have been more productive. Also, I am notorious for being late. I haven’t been late once this week. This is one change I will be sticking with for a very long time.
