WATCH: Ithaca College theater arts group hosts ‘DREAM Acts’ play

Performing Arts for Social Change and IC Department of Theater Arts hosted a staged reading and discussion of “DREAM Acts,” a play that details the stories of five Dream Act–eligible undocumented teens.
